We are pleased to announce that Troutman Sanders attorney Sadia Mirza will be presenting during the Association of Continuity Professionals (ACP) Orange County Chapter Meeting. The meeting will be held at the American Red Cross in Santa Ana, California on Wednesday, November 13^th from 12:00pm – 3:00pm PT.

Sadia will be presenting on the topic titled, “CCPA: Less than Three Months ‘Till Takeoff.” She will be leading a discussion relating to the scope of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), new rights afforded to California consumers, potential exemptions, and a conversation relating to the amendments that have surfaced the California Legislature this year and what they mean in terms of operationalizing compliance.
