We are pleased to announce that Troutman Sanders partner Ronald Raether will be a featured speaker at the American Conference Institute’s 19^th Advanced Global Legal & Compliance Forum on Cyber Security & Data Privacy and Protection.  The conference will take place at the Wyndham Grand Chicago Riverfront in Chicago on June 23-24.  

Ron will participate in a panel entitled “Cross-Device Targeting: What is it?; What are the Risks?; What Should a Compliance Regime Look Like?; and a Brief Focus on Regulation and Self-Regulation Regarding Targeted Advertising to Mobile Devices,” taking place on Friday, June 24 at 9:30 a.m.  The panelists will discuss the risks of cross-device targeting, why it is a privacy issue, how it is or how should it be regulated, individual responsibilities based on Direct Advertising Association’s guidance, and what a privacy regime should look like.
